Bar – Snug, Warm & Welcoming
The key stones supporting the original columns are remnants of the granite used for the construction of the 12th century St Mary and the Virgin Church in Sutterton. One can observe the oak pegs tying the roof structure, which with the key stones testify to the age of the thatch built circa 1180AD by Sir Robert Decrecy the 1st Normal Lord of Lincolnshire.Quiz nights (£1 to play) and Play Your Cards Right (£1 to play) are held fortnightly on a Monday night with a complimentary hot supper for all players.
